Estamos buscando Desenvolvedor de Segurança de Aplicações Sênior/Especialista para o nosso time de Engenharia de Software. Essa pessoa será peça fundamental para garantir que nossas soluções sigam boas práticas de AppSec, e mais do que identificar riscos, vai liderar a missão de fazer com que as vulnerabilidades sejam efetivamente corrigidas.

O que você fará?

  • Avaliar a arquitetura das aplicações, elaborando orientações sobre segurança;
  • Implementar controles de segurança no pipeline de CI/CD e nos ambientes das aplicações;
  • Investigar problemas suspeitos de segurança;
  • Construir agentes de IA e aplicar soluções de IA para automatizar e escalar verificações de segurança;
  • Atuar como ponto focal da HostGator Latam para pentest, DAST, SAST, SCA e outras iniciativas do time global de segurança da Newfold Digital;
  • Fazer revisão de código para garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança;
  • Realizar palestras e interagir com integrantes do time de desenvolvimento para disseminar as boas práticas de segurança;
  • Assumir a responsabilidade pela resolução das falhas de segurança identificadas: priorizar, engajar os times responsáveis, acompanhar prazos e garantir que a correção aconteça de ponta a ponta.

Quem você é?

  • Experiência na aplicação das abordagens de Security by design e Security by default;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de segurança para ambiente AWS e OCI (Oracle Cloud);
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de código como SourceClear, Checkmarx, SonarQube, VeraCode e em Jenkins;
  • Experiência com programação em tecnologias como Go, PHP, React, JavaScript;
  • Experiência ou forte interesse no uso de IA aplicada à segurança (LLMs, agentes, automações);
  • Perfil de dono(a): não para no apontamento do problema, mas mobiliza as pessoas certas e conduz a solução até o fim;
  • Boa capacidade de influência, negociação e comunicação com times técnicos, mesmo sem autoridade direta sobre eles;
  • Inglês avançado.

Seus diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em ISO27034;
  • Conhecimento de falhas de segurança comuns em muitas aplicações e participação em comunidades e projetos como OWASP;
  • Experiência prévia com construção de agentes de IA ou ferramentas de segurança baseadas em IA;
  • Formação em Análise de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação e áreas correlatas;
  • Cursos voltados para segurança de aplicações;
  • Certificação CSSLP.
