As a Business Development Associate, you will drive growth by leveraging your expertise in undergraduate sales, study abroad admissions, and high-ticket sales to attract and secure high-value clients. You will conduct in-depth profile consultations, effectively address objections, and guide prospects through the complete sales funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading initiatives that optimize the customer experience, and providing data-driven insights to refine our sales strategy. Through strong leadership and a consultative approach, you will contribute significantly to the company's market presence and revenue targets in Bengaluru.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle for undergraduate and study abroad programs.

• Identify and pursue high-value prospects, converting leads into enrollments.

• Conduct personalized profile consultations to assess student fit.

• Handle objections with professionalism, turning hesitations into opportunities.

• Negotiate and close high-ticket deals, ensuring mutual value.

• Collaborate with academic advisors and marketing teams.

• Produce accurate forecasts and prospect reports.

• Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices.

• Identify market trends and propose strategic initiatives.

• Maintain CRM records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

• 3+ years of proven experience in high-ticket sales within the education sector.

• Strong background in undergraduate sales and study abroad admissions.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective profile consultations.

• Exceptional objection handling and closing skills.

• Proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Experience leading and motivating sales teams.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings and events.
