As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition within the telecom and sales sectors, ensuring that the organization consistently attracts and retains high-performing professionals. Your role will involve developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific business needs. You will act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and stakeholders, guiding them through every stage of the hiring journey while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry knowledge, you will help shape the workforce that drives the company’s growth and competitive advantage.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of telecom and sales roles across Hyderabad.

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, job specifications, and selection criteria.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified passive candidates using social media, professional networks, and industry events.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry salary benchmarks, talent trends, and competitor hiring strategies.

• Coordinate interview panels, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all legal and company policies.

• Present regular recruitment metrics and analytics to senior management to demonstrate progress and ROI.

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation in the telecom and sales job markets.

• Constantly improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience through continuous feedback and best practices.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the telecom or sales domain.

• Strong knowledge of telecom industry terminology, product offerings, and talent requirements.

• Demonstrated success in hiring sales professionals who consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

• Excellent sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other talent acquisition platforms.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.

• Strong analytical mindset to interpret recruitment data and drive informed decision making.

• Creativity in designing candidate engagement strategies that differentiate the employer brand.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-impact teams.
