  • Ensure customer applications contain complete and accurate information, appropriate consent, and source attribution in approved systems.
  • Communicate loan sanction terms, conditions, and outstanding requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

3. Sales Funnel and Operational Management

  • Monitor and improve key conversion metrics, including lead-to-login, login-to-sanction, and sanction-to-disbursement ratios.
  • Ensure timely collection and validation of admission, academic, KYC, income, banking, and collateral documents, wherever applicable.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Underwriting, Operations, Verification, and external partners to resolve queries and progress applications within agreed service levels.
  • Track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, document lost reasons, and implement measures to improve conversion and turnaround time.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales MIS, reporting dashboards, and management updates.

4. Portfolio Quality and Risk Management

  • Coordinate with Collections, Credit, Risk, and Operations to address pre-due, pre-bounce, overdue, and early-delinquency cases.
  • Support appropriate customer sourcing, fraud vigilance, and timely escalation of suspicious activity or potential policy violations.
  • Ensure customer repayment engagement follows approved communication and conduct standards.
  • Balance business growth with sustainable portfolio performance and responsible lending practices.

5. Leadership and Stakeholder Management

  • Lead regional sales execution, establish resource priorities, and align teams with business objectives.
  • Build sales capabilities through coaching, performance reviews, and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive senior-level stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Collections, and other relevant functions.
  • Sponsor initiatives to improve sourcing quality, channel effectiveness, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
