岗位职责： 1、全面参与电商中心全模块业务，包括电商渠道运营：负责天猫、京东、拼多多、抖音、即时零售等渠道的店铺运营； 2、品类规划与商品管理：参与年度/月度品类规划，输出商品结构优化建议；负责 SKU 全生命周期管理（选品、定价、库存协调、上新与清退） 3、电商营销活动策划与执行：参与平台大促（618、双 11、年货节等）及品牌专项营销活动的方案策划、资源协调、节奏把控与复盘 4、电商数据分析：搭建与维护销售看板，监控 GMV、转化率、客单价等核心指标；通过数据挖掘与竞品分析输出经营诊断

任职要求： 1、2027 届本科及以上学历，电商、经济学、市场、金融等相关专业优先； 2、聪明皮实，抗压能力强，创意能力好，有网感，5G冲浪选手，对人-货-场-情有自己的理解，能不断发掘新的商业机会； 3、数据思维强，有生意头脑，熟练使用 Excel（透视表、VLOOKUP）；SQL、BI 工具（Tableau/帆软等）使用者优先
