岗位职责： 1、全面熟悉市场业务全流程，包含市场调研、消费者洞察、营销活动策划落地、新媒体运营、渠道推广、品牌传播、项目统筹执行等实践工作。 2、参与各类市场推广项目，积累一线实战经验，协助拓展市场渠道、打造品牌影响力，依托线上线下多元形式开展宣传推广，持续提升品牌曝光与市场认知度。 3、开展竞品分析、市场信息收集、消费者调研与营销数据汇总整理，输出基础分析结论，为市场策略制定提供支撑；参与营销策略复盘与优化，提出创新落地建议，助力市场业绩与品牌价值提升。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传播学、统计学、工商管理等相关专业优先，拥有校内活动组织、社团运营经历优先。 2、具备优秀的书面与口头表达能力，能够持续跟进行业动态、竞品信息与消费趋势，快速学习各类营销工具，适配快节奏业务工作。 3、拥有良好抗压能力，能够应对项目节点压力，具备创新思维，工作积极主动，拥有团队协作意识。 4、熟练运用 Excel 进行数据整理分析，能够依托市场、营销数据开展复盘，辅助优化推广方案；掌握 PS、剪映等图文视频工具者优先。 5、拥有市场策划、新媒体运营、品牌相关实习经历，或独立落地营销活动者优先考虑。
