岗位职责 支持公司岗位招聘，包括简历搜索、筛选、电话初筛及面试安排；

维护招聘渠道，发布职位信息，主动寻访合适候选人；

跟进面试流程，协调面试官与候选人时间，做好接待与反馈；

协助招聘数据分析，整理候选人台账，优化招聘效率；

完成上级交办的其他招聘支持工作。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，在校生，可尽快到岗；

聪明勤快，学习能力强，积极主动，抗压性好；

有招聘相关实习经验，熟悉销售岗位招聘特点者优先；

沟通表达好，善于人际沟通，责任心强；

熟练使用Office办公软件，能快速上手招聘系统。
