Descrição das atividades:

  • Criação de requisição de compras no sistema Oracle;
  • Lançamento de notas fiscais;
  • Organização das demandas administrativas do setor;
  • Apoio na organização de eventos e campanhas internas e externas de marketing.
  • Atender aos requisitos tratados como responsabilidade se sua carga no Duty of Care (documento que apresenta a questão do comprometimento individual e coletivo com relação à Saúde e Segurança);
  • Segurança em primeiro lugar: Demonstrar 100% de comprometimento com nossos comportamentos de dano zero em apoio ao nosso esforço para desenvolver uma cultura de segurança de classe mundial.

Requisitos da função:

  • Estar cursando ensino superior em: Administração, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento no pacote office com ênfase em Excel;
  • Ter disponibilidade para estagiar durante 1 ano.
