Maak impact In deze rol werk je aan concrete uitdagingen die er echt toe doen. Je gebruikt jouw skills binnen logistiek, administratie en klantondersteuning om resultaten te behalen. Je leert elke dag bij en draagt actief bij aan een duurzamere toekomst.

Wat ga je doen Sales & service administratie Je ondersteunt de sales-, service- en field operations teams administratief. Dit omvat onder andere het opstellen van offertes en het nauwkeurig verwerken van orders.

Klantcommunicatie Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten, voornamelijk via e-mail, en zorgt voor een snelle en professionele afhandeling van vragen en verzoeken.

Document- en kantoorbeheer Je verzorgt de verzenddocumentatie en zorgt voor een overzichtelijke administratie ter ondersteuning van de lokale organisatie.

Logistieke coördinatie Je bewaakt en coördineert aftermarket logistieke processen om een soepele en efficiënte operatie te waarborgen voor de Duitse en Europese Aftermarket organisatie.

Rapportage & analyse Je voert interne analyses uit en stelt rapportages op ter ondersteuning van operationele verbeteringen en besluitvorming.

Samenwerking & dynamiek Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s zoals Anja, Jaap, Kerstin en Mirella, en verdeelt je werkzaamheden tussen de locaties Heilbronn en Nederweert. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit orderbeheer, klantcontact en logistieke coördinatie.

Succesfactoren Je wordt succesvol wanneer je nauwkeurig werkt, orders tijdig verwerkt, helder communiceert en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen logistiek en sales.

Wat breng je mee

Must-haves:

  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail
  • Commerciële basiskennis (bijv. Incoterms en betalingsvoorwaarden)
  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van accountmanager of administratie
  • Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem
  • Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

Nice-to-have:

  • Ervaring in een sales- of logistieke administratieve rol
  • Klantgerichte en proactieve instelling
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (schriftelijk en mondeling), je bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken als dit nodig is.
  • Praktisch probleemoplossend vermogen
