Annecy – exercer l’immobilier côté acquéreur sur un marché premium

Annecy attire durablement. Cadres en mobilité, clientèle patrimoniale, résidences principales et secondaires, projets de vie exigeants.

Le marché est tendu, sélectif et à forte valeur. Dans ce contexte, l’accompagnement des acquéreurs devient déterminant.

Depuis 2012, Mon Chasseur Immo a accompagné plus de 10 000 clients grâce à un réseau de plus de 200 chasseurs. À Annecy, nous sommes implantés depuis 6 ans et poursuivons notre développement.

Nous recrutons 2 chasseurs immobiliers pour renforcer notre présence sur le bassin d'Annecy.

Votre mission :

  • développement de votre réseau local (agences, prescripteurs, partenaires)
  • signature de mandats de recherche
  • sélection des meilleures opportunités (marché + off market)
  • organisation des visites
  • négociation au bénéfice exclusif de vos clients
  • accompagnement jusqu’à la signature

Vous exercez en autonomie, avec un cadre structuré, une formation complète et des outils digitaux performants.
