Als stagiair(e) binnen de afdeling HR heb je te maken met alles wat de in-, uit- en doorstroom van onze meer dan 2400 medewerkers binnen de winkels, het Servicekantoor en distributiecentrum raakt. Hoe gaaf is dat! Je komt dan ook terecht binnen een team met uiteenlopende expertises van HR Advies, Learning & Development tot aan Recruitment. Een plek waar je echt kunt groeien en de ruimte krijgt om te ontdekken wat jouw talenten zijn!

Jij ondersteunt onze collega's bij een diversiteit aan operationele en tactische HR-taken, waaronder:

  • HR gerelateerde vragen beantwoorden van medewerkers en leidinggevenden
  • Meewerken in de planning en coördinatie van klassikale trainingen als ook sollicitatiegesprekken
  • Het beheer en up to date houden van de online Welkoopacademy
  • Een actieve bijdrage leveren aanprojecten/evenementen zoals onboarding,de Vitaliteitsweek maar ook wervingsevents

Wat je kunt

Je bent een open, enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar alle ontwikkelingen binnen HR. Herken jij je ook in het volgende?

Jij:

  • Volgt een Hbo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, met de focus op een meewerkstage
  • Zoekt een meewerkstage voor 4-5 dagen per week
  • Hebt een echte doenersmentaliteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve houding
  • Bent communicatief vaardig en durft actief het contact met andere afdelingen op te zoeken

Je bent een open, enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar alle ontwikkelingen binnen HR. Herken jij je ook in het volgende?
