ANALISTA DE CRM PLENO

Objetivo do Cargo

Atuar na gestão, administração e evolução do CRM Bitrix24, garantindo a correta utilização da ferramenta, qualidade da base de dados, estruturação dos funis comerciais, automações, acompanhamento da carteira de clientes e geração de informações estratégicas para apoiar as decisões comerciais.

O profissional deverá combinar conhecimento técnico da ferramenta com visão comercial e analítica, contribuindo para aumento da conversão, reativação de clientes, recorrência e produtividade da equipe de vendas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Administrar e acompanhar as rotinas do CRM Bitrix24;
  • Configurar e manter funis, etapas, campos, regras e processos dentro do Bitrix24;
  • Criar e acompanhar automações, gatilhos, alertas e tarefas automáticas;
  • Estruturar fluxos de leads, oportunidades e clientes;
  • Garantir a qualidade, integridade e atualização da base de dados;
  • Realizar segmentações da carteira de clientes;
  • Identificar clientes ativos, inativos, novos, recorrentes e oportunidades de reativação;
  • Monitorar o funil comercial e identificar gargalos e perdas de conversão;
  • Criar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento da performance comercial;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de conversão, recompra, ticket médio, frequência e evolução da carteira;
  • Apoiar campanhas comerciais e ações de relacionamento utilizando dados do CRM;
  • Monitorar a correta utilização do Bitrix24 pelo time comercial;
  • Identificar inconsistências, duplicidades e falhas cadastrais;
  • Desenvolver melhorias nos processos e jornadas dentro do CRM;
  • Apoiar projetos de integração entre Bitrix24, ERP e demais sistemas corporativos;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com TI e Processos na implantação de integrações e automações;
  • Realizar testes e homologações de novas funcionalidades e fluxos;
  • Criar documentação de processos, regras e configurações do CRM;
  • Realizar treinamentos e prestar suporte aos usuários do Bitrix24;
  • Identificar oportunidades de utilização de IA e automação aplicadas ao processo comercial;
  • Garantir aderência às políticas internas e às regras de tratamento de dados e LGPD.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento avançado em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prática com Bitrix24;
  • Experiência com administração e operação de CRM;
  • Experiência com configuração de funis, pipelines, etapas, campos e automações no Bitrix24;
  • Experiência com gestão e segmentação de base de clientes;
  • Conhecimento de processos e indicadores comerciais;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado;
  • Capacidade de construção e interpretação de relatórios gerenciais;
  • Perfil analítico e orientado a dados.

  • Experiência com Bitrix24 em ambiente B2B;
  • Conhecimento de integrações entre Bitrix24 e ERP;
  • Conhecimento em Sankhya;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Experiência com APIs, webhooks ou ferramentas de integração;
  • Experiência com automações e Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao CRM;
  • Experiência em empresas de importação, distribuição, atacado ou bens de consumo.
