Localização:

Esta vaga conta com uma modalidade de trabalho híbrida com um esquema de duas vezes por semana em nossos escritórios de São Paulo.

Responsabilidades:

Estamos na busca de um Analista de CRM Pleno para apoiuar em nossa estratégia de comunicação orientada ao ciclo de vida do cliente, com foco em ativação, recompra e retenção. O papel exige visão de funil completo, pensamento experimental e capacidade de traduzir dados em decisões, do planejamento à execução e mensuração.

  • Desenhar e executar comunicações que percorrem Push, E-mail, WhatsApp e In-App, entendendo o papel de cada canal no funil e otimizando a alocação entre eles.
  • Analisar o comportamento dos clientes em diferentes canais de compra, identificando padrões de consumo, engajamento, preferências de contato e momentos ideais para comunicação.
  • Construir audiências baseadas em comportamento e dados de uso, garantindo que cada segmento receba a mensagem certa, no canal certo, no momento certo.
  • Operar plataformas de marketing automation garantindo qualidade, cadência e consistência das comunicações.
  • Acompanhar KPIs de performance por canal (CTR, CVR, abertura, conversão), identificar oportunidades de otimização e escalar o que funciona.
  • Trabalhar junto a Growth, Produto e Branding para alinhar comunicações de CRM com iniciativas mais amplas do marketing.
  • Apoiar a manutenção do calendário sazonal, garantindo execução pontual de comunicados, datas especiais e ações de parceiros.
  • Estudos avanzados em: Marketing, Publicidade, Administração, Engenharia de Dados e áreas correlatas.
  • Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência comprovada em CRM/lifecycle marketing em fintech, e-commerce ou marketplace.
  • Vivência prática com plataformas de marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage ou equivalentes).
  • Capacidade de segmentar audiências com base em dados comportamentais.
  • Conhecimento sólido de KPIs de CRM por canal (CTR, CVR, abertura, conversão).
  • Excel/Google Sheets avançado para consolidação e análise de dados.

Desejável:

  • Experiência com testes A/B e grupos de controle.
  • Conhecimento de SQL para consulta de dados.
  • Vivência em BNPL ou fintech.
  • Espanhol para colaboração com times LATAM.
