  • Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to monitor and improve product quality and partner data integrations.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms in English and the second language.
  • Business-level communication skills in English and strong fluency and cultural understanding of a second language.
  • At least one year of experience in quality assurance, data analysis, localization, content operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including formulas, data analysis, filtering, and pivot tables.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology and industry-specific language trends.
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, streaming platforms, and connected devices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable approach to evolving processes and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Passion for entertainment, media, film, television, music, and digital content, along with an interest in current industry trends.
  • Nice to have: Experience with localization tools, bug-tracking systems such as JIRA, or CMS platforms; knowledge of media metadata standards; and basic scripting or automation skills.
  • Annual salary of ₹6,50,000 (6.5 LPA).
  • Fully remote position within India.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
