Du bist ein Profi in der Bilanzbuchhaltung und suchst eine neue Herausforderung? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen professionellen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der das Team Finanzen in Teilzeit verstärkt.

Wann? ab sofort Wo? Lüneburg oder komplett remote möglich Stunden? TZ, 20-25h/Woche

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Verantwortliche Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Detaillierte Analyse komplexer Finanzdaten zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Kommunikation mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Finanzämtern und internationalen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erstellung und elektronische Übermittlung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Vorbereitung der Jahressteuererklärungen für den Steuerberater
  • Kompetente Administration von DATEV, Amazon Business und weiteren relevanten Systemen
  • Organisation und Pflege der Kostenstellen sowie deren Auswertung
  • Unterstützung des Controllings mit fundierten Analysen und Berichten
  • Proaktive Überwachung der Liquidität und Erstellung kurzfristiger Liquiditätsplanungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Buchhaltung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse im E-Commerce und Controlling von Vorteil
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV-Programmen und anderen Buchhaltungssystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Eigeninitiative, Genauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck qualitativ hochwertig zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
