Arbeitsort: Lüneburg oder komplett remote möglich

Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Onlineshops party.de – von der Startseite bis zur Landingpage
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung saisonaler Anpassungen sowie nationaler Besonderheiten (z.B. Themenplatzierung, Produktsperren)
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Produktpräsentation und attraktiven Gestaltung aller Themen- & Kategorieseiten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cross-Selling- und Upselling-Maßnahmen
  • Technische Pflege und Weiterentwicklung aller Webshops, inklusive URL-Struktur und Onpage-Suche
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen, einfachen Bestellprozess
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung relevanter KPIs (Conversion Rate, Absprungrate, Verweildauer, Mobile & Desktop Performance)
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Shopmanagement-Teams
  • Eigenständige Priorisierung und Management von Projekten im Shopumfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-, Marketing- und Produkt-Team

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Shopmanagement, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in UX/UI und E-Commerce-Optimierung
  • Erfahrung mit Shopify und Shopware 5
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Shop- und Content-Strategien
  • Analytisches Denken und KPI-getriebene Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für digitale Trends
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
