Als Working Student Business Development & Sales Operations (all genders) bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Teams. An der Seite erfahrener Kolleg:innen aus Business Development und Sales treibst du unsere Geschäftsentwicklung aktiv voran und gestaltest die strategische sowie operative Zukunft von Wemolo entscheidend mit.

Für diese Position suchen wir idealerweise jemanden, der unser Team mindestens ein Jahr unterstützen kann.

What to expect

- Markt- & Potenzialanalysen: Analyse von Marktpotenzialen, Kundensegmenten und Use Cases zur gezielten Priorisierung unserer Vertriebs- und Wachstumsinitiativen

- Prozessentwicklung: Unterstützung beim Aufbau skalierbarer und effizienter Prozesse zur Einführung neuer Produkte, Features und Geschäftsmodelle

- Wettbewerbs- & Trendanalysen: Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Ableitung wertvoller Insights

- Sales Operations: Du unterstützt das Sales-Team durch Recherche und Präsentationen. Darüber hinaus pflegst du unser CRM-Tool, um dem Sales-Team eine verlässliche Datenbasis für Entscheidungen bereitzustellen

- Auswertungen: Du analysierst Vertriebsdaten und potenzielle Standorte und bereitest die Ergebnisse für Sales und Management auf

- Dein Background: Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z. B. BWL, VWL oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang) und bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen aus dem Startup-, Beratungs- oder Strategieumfeld mit

- Analytische Exzellenz: Du arbeitest strukturiert, erfasst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und Fakten

- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst Themen eigenständig an, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und findest auch für neue Herausforderungen pragmatische Lösungen

- Teamspirit & Drive: Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team, bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein und möchtest gemeinsam etwas bewegen

- Kommunikationsstärke: Du drückst dich klar sowie adressatengerecht aus und kannst Arbeitsergebnisse überzeugend für verschiedene Stakeholder aufbereiten

- Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
