AB 实验与因果推断端到端负责实验全流程（目标与假设 → 指标体系 → 实验设计 → 样本量计算 → 结果解读），确保实验科学性与结论可靠性 4. 异动监控与归因搭建异常检测体系，快速定位数据波动根因，提出修复或优化建议 5. 数据产品与工具建设与上下游团队密切合作，完善标签、指标及数据治理

职位要求 1. 教育背景数学、统计、计算机、管理学等相关专业本科及以上，硕士/海外背景优先 2. 经验要求3 年及以上互联网/游戏/社交/电商数据分析或商业分析经验 3. 技能要求（必须） - 精通 SQL，熟悉数据仓库建模思想（如星型/雪花/ODS→DM→ADS） - 熟练使用 Python 进行数据清洗、分析与可视化（pandas / numpy / matplotlib / seaborn / jupyter） - 扎实的 Excel / PPT 报告能力，擅长结构化思考、逻辑表达 加分项 1. 有数数等埋点及事件分析经验 2. 具备线上游戏、社交产品或出海业务分析背景 3. 掌握因果推断、贝叶斯或机器学习相关建模经验 4. 个人特质自驱力强、结果导向，具备成长型思维与跨团队沟通协作能力
