Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat, samen met de winkelverantwoordelijke, in voor het operationeel managen van het winkelpunt
  • en het leidinggeven aan een klein verkoopsteam zodat de verkoop geoptimaliseerd wordt.
  • Je ondersteunt de winkelverantwoordelijke op commercieel en administratief vlak.
  • Tevens sta je in voor de juiste uitstraling van de winkel.
  • Verder steek je mee de handen uit de mouwen op de winkelvloer
  • Klanten help je op een persoonlijke en respectvolle manier.
  • Door je pittige en professionele houding creëer je een aangename sfeer in de winkel.
  • Na een interne opleiding hebt je een diepgaande kennis van de verschillende artikelen in je winkel.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Samen werken met collega’s en het adviseren van klanten doe je met de glimlach.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als verantwoordelijke in de retail.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en de nodige maturiteit.
  • Als organisatietalent werk je resultaatgericht en ga je beslissingen niet uit de weg.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
  • Het Microsoft Office pakket beheers je goed.
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
