Als doktersassistent op de poli Interne Geneeskunde ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor patiënten. Je takenpakket bestaat uit het verrichten van administratieve ondersteuning van de spreekuren door het maken van afspraken, ontvangen van patiënten, bewaken van de voortgang van de spreekuren en het correct uitvoeren van de administratieve afhandeling. Tevens beantwoord je vragen van patiënten (conform belbomen) en leid hen zo nodig volgens gemaakte afspraken naar de juiste specialist. Daarnaast verricht je ondersteunende handelingen zoals meten, wegen, bloeddrukmeten en het geven van injecties. Ook heb je een actieve ondersteunende rol in het huidige veranderproces waarin wij de patiënt steeds meer voorzien van digitale hulpmiddelen zoals het e-consult, videoconsulten en een digitaal patiënten portaal.

Werken op de poli Interne Geneeskunde

Het specialisme Interne geneeskunde houdt zich bezig met ziektebeelden die te maken hebben met ziekten van de inwendige organen. Alle internisten van Rijnstate hebben een specifiek aandachtsgebied. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn: endocrinologie, infectieziekten en nefrologie. Naast de internisten zijn er specialistisch verpleegkundige teams werkzaam, namelijk de verpleegkundig specialisten van het hiv-team & de endocrinologie en de verpleegkundig consulenten endocrinologie, specialisten o.g.v. schildklierziekten en osteoporose. Met een team van 13 doktersassistenten zorgen we dagelijks voor optimale procesondersteuning, voor onze patiënten en voor de zorgprofessionals.

Jouw vaardigheden

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Doktersassistent (mbo-4), Verpleegkundige of Verzorgende IG.
  • Werkervaring in het ziekenhuis is een pré, net als ervaring in het werken met HIX (EPD).
  • Je hebt een patiëntgerichte en dienstverlenende houding en zet graag een stap extra om de zorg voor patiënten optimaal te organiseren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden en bent tegelijkertijd een betrokken en collegiale teamspeler.
  • Je bent enthousiast, proactief en doortastend. Ook in onverwachte situaties blijf je rustig, schakel je snel en weet je adequaat te handelen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, houdt van aanpakken en draagt graag bij aan een prettige samenwerking binnen het team.

Rijnstate biedt jou

  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden en salaris op basis van de cao-ziekenhuizen.
  • Inschaling in FWG 35 (max. € 3.724 bruto p.m. o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur p.w.).
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 24 uur voor 12 maanden, waarna bij tevredenheid verlenging voor onbepaalde tijd.
