Ben jij een enthousiaste en ervaren grootboekmedewerker en wil jij i.v.m. langdurig ziekteverzuim de financiële administratie een halfjaar ondersteunen? Dan is deze tijdelijke functie iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

Als grootboekmedewerker maak je deel uit van de financiële administratie. De coördinatie vindt plaats door de stafmedewerker grootboek en de teamleider van de crediteuren/debiteurenadministratie. Voor de maandelijkse afsluiting werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van zowel de financiële administratie als Planning & Control. Samen zetten jullie je in voor een optimaal en efficiënt financieel proces.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is de maandelijkse financiële afsluiting. Deze is voor de diverse eenheden verdeeld over de grootboekmedewerkers. In afstemming met de financial controller zorg je o.b.v. de interne checklist voor een adequate afsluiting. Daarnaast ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig opleveren van periodieke grootboekspecificaties. Naast de grootboek gerelateerde werkzaamheden ondersteun je de crediteurenadministratie bij het oplossen van aandachtspunten en het analyseren van tussenrekeningen. Dankzij de diversiteit aan werkzaamheden binnen de financiële administratie is geen dag hetzelfde en blijft het werk afwisselend en uitdagend.

Werken op de afdeling Financiële Administratie

De Financiële Administratie maakt, samen met de Zorgadministratie, Inkoop en Planning & Control, deel uit van de eenheid Financiën. De financieel directeur is verantwoordelijk voor deze eenheid.

Binnen de Financiële afdeling werken in totaal 20 fte: 15 fte op debiteuren/crediteuren en 5 fte op het grootboek. Daarnaast zijn er drie stafmedewerkers die de processen ondersteunen op het gebied van grootboekbeheer, jaarwerk, fiscaal en interne controle (tweede lijn).

Onze missie is het voeren van een adequate administratie, waarbij juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid het middelpunt vormen. Dit realiseren wij door een prettige samenwerking en afstemming met de collega’s die betrokken zijn bij het financiële proces.

De Financiële administratie beheert acht administraties, waaronder drie consolidaties. De hoofadministratie betreft Ziekenhuis Rijnstate. Sinds begin 2025 maken wij gebruik van het ERP-pakket AFAS. Daarbij ligt de focus sterk op het verder efficiënt en lean inrichten van de vastlegging binnen AFAS en daar waar nodig te digitaliseren.

Wat zoeken we in jou?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO / HBO opleiding op administratief gebied, bij voorkeur op het gebied van Finance & control; bedrijfseconomie, accountancy, bedrijfsadministratie of een andere relevante opleiding.
  • Je bent vakinhoudelijk op de hoogte en goed onderlegd.
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol is een pre.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent communicatief vaardig.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van het basispakket van MS-Office, met de nadruk op Excel.
  • Kennis en ervaring van AFAS Profit of een vergelijkbaar ERP-syteem is een pre.

Wat bieden wij jou op deze werkplek?

We bieden je een tijdelijke functie binnen de financiële administratie waar je een bijdrage gaat leveren binnen de crediteuren en grootboekadministratie (accent op de maandelijkse afsluiting).

Rijnstate biedt jou:

  • FWG 40 (€ 2750,-/max €3959,- bruto per maand o;b;v; fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur per week), inschaling is afhankelijk van je genoten opleiding en ervaring.
  • Een dienstverband van 28-36 uur voor bepaalde tijd (halfjaar).
  • Vakantie- en eindejaarsuitkering, beide 8,33%.
