Ben jij een IC-verpleegkundige die denkt in kansen en hou jij van uitdaging en afwisseling? Dan is werken op de Intensive Care van Rijnstate iets voor jou!

Als IC verpleegkundige maak je deel uit van een professioneel en multidisciplinair team. Je biedt intensieve zorg aan patiënten met een levensbedreigende aandoening of instabiele vitale functies. Hierbij werk je met geavanceerde apparatuur en de nieuwste technologieën om de gezondheid van de patiënt continu te monitoren en zo nodig in te grijpen. Samen met verpleegkundigen, artsen en andere zorgprofessionals draag je bij aan het herstel van de patiënt in een veilige en kwalitatieve omgeving.

Ben je breed inzetbaar en heb je behoefte aan meer afwisseling in je werk? Wij bieden jou de kans om als roulant te werken op de Spoedeisende Hulp (SEH), de Hartbewaking (CCU) en de Intensive Care (IC). Dit biedt niet alleen de mogelijkheid om diverse ervaring op te doen, maar ook om bij te dragen aan de zorg op verschillende afdelingen.

Daarnaast is er de mogelijkheid om een opleiding voor een 2e specialisatie te volgen. Dit stelt je in staat om je expertise verder uit te breiden en je carrière nieuwe impulsen te geven. Ook het rouleren met andere IC’s binnen onze regio behoort tot de opties.

Werken op de Intensive Care

Onze afdeling faciliteert het spoedinterventieteam en het reanimatieteam voor het hele ziekenhuis. Met 14 IC-bedden (en 6 MC-bedden) en meer dan 100 collega's behoort onze IC tot de grotere van Nederland. Bovendien is de afdeling recentelijk verbouwd, conform de nieuwste inzichten voor IC-zorg. Denk hierbij aan grotere, uitsluitend 1-persoonskamers met tilliften, een modern alarmeringssysteem, veel lichtinval, waterloos werken en de kant-en-klare aanvoer van medicatie vanuit de satellietapotheek. Onlangs is ons gloednieuwe dakterras, met aangelegde daktuin, in gebruik genomen. Als eerste IC van Nederland kunnen wij hiermee een prachtige tijdelijke omgeving bieden voor patiënten die op de IC/MC liggen. Het dakterras biedt alle faciliteiten om (beademde) IC- patiënten even te kunnen laten genieten van het “buiten” zijn, zodat zij zich weer iets meer mens voelen dan enkel patiënt.

Bij ons op de Intensive Care (IC) krijg je volop de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen. We bieden regelmatig scholingen en trainingen aan. Daarnaast hebben we een speciale skills-kamer op de afdeling, waar IC-verpleegkundigen, studenten en artsen kunnen trainen en oefenen in diverse medische vaardigheden. Dit stelt je in staat om op een veilige en realistische manier je kennis en skills up-to-date te houden. Ook is onze IC-afdeling actief betrokken bij wetenschappelijk onderzoek.

Ons team is een gemêleerd gezelschap van starters en ervaren krachten van verschillende leeftijden. De werksfeer is prettig. Jouw vaardigheden:

  • Je hebt een diploma IC-verpleegkundige.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met een patiëntgerichte benadering.
  • Je bent in staat om snel en doeltreffend in te spelen op onverwachte of snel veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je bent iemand die denkt in kansen en denkt graag mee over de IC verpleegkundige van de toekomst en ontwikkelingen binnen de afdeling.
  • Je combineert een groot empathisch vermogen met daadkracht en weet, ook naar patiënten en familie, je professionele grenzen te bewaken.

Rijnstate biedt jou:

  • Arbeidsovereenkomst van minimaal 24 uur tot 36 uur, voor 12 maanden en bij goed functioneren verlenging voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Inschaling in FWG 55 (max. € 5.503,- bruto per maand bij fulltime dienstverband).
