Ben jij een gediplomeerd wondverpleegkundige met passie voor wondzorg en wil je écht het verschil maken voor patiënten met complexe wonden? Ter vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren collega voor de periode van 1 maart 2027 tot 1 september 2027.

Bij het Wond Expertise Centrum van Rijnstate krijg je de kans om te werken in een professioneel team met ambities om de kwaliteit van wondzorg verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je gaat in deze tijdelijke functie aan de slag als wondverpleegkundige en houd je daarbij vooral bezig met direct patiëntencontact en ondersteuning van zorgprofessionals rond de patiënten met complexe wonden. In deze functie ben je dé expert die collega’s en artsen adviseert over (complexe) wondbehandelingen en decubituspreventie. Je draait spreekuur onder supervisie van een medisch specialist en bent nauw betrokken bij innovatieve projecten en scholing. Daarbij staan kwaliteit van zorg en evidence-based wondzorg centraal. Je geeft scholing om de kwaliteit van zorg binnen en buiten Rijnstate te waarborgen.

Werken bij het Wond Expertise Centrum Rijnstate

Het Wond Expertise Centrum Rijnstate is volop in ontwikkeling. Zowel klinisch als poliklinisch wordt rond de patiëntengroep met complex genezende wonden, nauw samengewerkt met medisch specialisten, paramedici en verpleegkundigen. Binnen het WEC werken een verpleegkundig specialist en zes wondverpleegkundigen die locatie overstijgend werken. Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega met ervaring, ambitie, vakkennis en gedrevenheid. De afdeling valt onder het Vasculair Centrum, maar deelt haar expertise met de gehele organisatie.

Jouw vaardigheden

  • Je bent een BIG-geregistreerde HBO-verpleegkundige, aangevuld met de opleiding tot wondverpleegkundige/consulent.
  • Je bent flexibel, houdt van uitdagingen, werkt graag samen en denkt patiënt overstijgend.
  • Je bent ambitieus en hebt een heldere kijk op kwaliteit van zorg en jouw rol als wondverpleegkundige.

Rijnstate biedt jou

  • Dienstverband voor 16-28 uur in de week en voor de duur van 6 maanden van 1 maart 2027 tot 1 september 2027.
  • Inschaling in FWG 55 volgens cao-ziekenhuizen (max. €5.503.- bruto p.m. o.b.v. fulltime diensterband á 36 uur) Inschaling geschiedt op basis van kennis en ervaring.
