Als verzorgende IG in de thuiszorg bij Amarosa bied je zorg aan onze cliënten thuis. Samen zorgen er we ervoor dat we de beste zorg leveren. Bij Amarosa krijg je de kans om echt het verschil te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je begeleidt onze cliënten op jouw route volgens het persoonlijke zorgplan en stimuleert ze om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis te laten functioneren. Omdat je veel contact hebt met de cliënten, leer je ze echt kennen en weet je als geen ander welke zorg nodig is. Naast de verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen bied je een luisterend oor.

Voor een aantal cliënten stel je een zorgplan op. Natuurlijk houd jij je cliënten goed in de gaten en signaleer en rapporteer je veranderingen aan de wijkverpleegkundige. Je onderhoudt zo nodig ook contacten met ketenpartners, zoals huisartsen en fysiotherapeuten.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een zorgprofessional die verder kijkt dan de directe zorg en je zet je in om echt het verschil te maken. Je hebt een warme en empathische benadering naar onze cliënten toe. Je kunt zowel goed zelfstandig werken, als goed samenwerken. Je bent flexibel en creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen. Je vindt het interessant om te werken met cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Onze kernwaarden zijn: liefdevol, behulpzaam, saamhorig en deskundig.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een diploma verzorgende IG;
  • Kennis van procedures en protocollen;
  • Humor, tact en flair;
  • Goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden.

  • Meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld voor de aankoop van een elektrische fiets of het kopen van extra verlofdagen).

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

In de thuiszorg beginnen wij de dienst gezamenlijk met een kop koffie en sluiten de dag ook gezamenlijk af. Zo kan je je verhaal ook even bij je collega’s kwijt als je daar behoefte aan hebt. In de thuiszorg werk je alleen, maar je staat er niet alleen voor. Je route wordt besproken en bekend gemaakt, zodat je weet waar je heen gaat en wat je kan verwachten. Alle cliënten wonen in Wassenaar in een bepaalde wijk waar je werkt. Je gaat op pad met je fiets of auto of je pakt een elektrische de fiets van Amarosa. De cliënten hebben uiteenlopende zorgvragen, zoals cliënten die net uit het ziekenhuis ontslagen zijn en nog extra zorg nodig hebben of cliënten die minder zelfredzaam zijn. Dit maakt het werk leerzaam en vooral leuk. Want daar draait het tenslotte toch om!
