Als verzorgende IG bij Amarosa vind je het belangrijk dat de bewoners een prettige dag hebben. Samen met de bewoner kijk je welke ondersteuning het beste past, aandacht voor welzijn en aandacht voor zorg gaan hand in hand. Samen genieten van kleine en grote dingen. Dat is ons streven.

Wat ga je doen?

Bewoners hebben een eigen appartement en er zijn huiskamers of een algemene ruimte waar de bewoners elkaar ontmoeten en de dag door kunnen brengen. Door de kleinschalige setting ken je de bewoners goed en weet je als geen ander waar de bewoner blij van wordt en welke zorg en ondersteuning nodig is. Je begeleidt onze bewoners volgens het persoonlijke zorgplan en stimuleert ze om zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te kunnen functioneren. Je stelt zelf ook zorgplannen op, voert gesprekken met de familie en mantelzorgers en signaleert en rapporteert veranderingen bij de bewoner.

Amarosa Willibrord is een verpleeghuis in het centrum van Wassenaar voor mensen met dementie of een somatische indicatie. Amarosa Willibrord bestaat uit drie kleinschalige woonlocaties. Per afdeling wonen 6 a 7 bewoners, ieder met een eigen appartement en een gezamenlijke woonkamer.

We vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen die bij ons woont zo lang mogelijk de regie over het eigen leven houdt. Wij willen graag dat iedere dag de moeite waard is, hoe moeilijk een dag soms ook is.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een zorgprofessional die verder kijkt dan de directe zorg en je zet je in om echt het verschil te maken. Je hebt een warme en empathische benadering naar onze bewoners toe. Je kunt zowel goed zelfstandig werken, als goed samenwerken. Je bent flexibel en creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen. Onze kernwaarden zijn: liefdevol, behulpzaam, saamhorig en deskundig.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een diploma verzorgende IG;
  • Kennis van procedures en protocollen;
  • Humor, tact en flair;
  • Goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden.
