The posting

Van kind tot belegger en pensionado, wij zorgen ervoor dat alle klantverzoeken zo goed en snel mogelijk worden uitgevoerd. En dat is belangrijk, want als jij als klant een opdracht aan een bank geeft, wil hier natuurlijk niet lang op moeten wachten. De tevredenheid van onze klanten is voor een groot deel afhankelijk van onze snelheid en foutloosheid. De lat ligt dus hoog, maar ons team gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg. We werken samen met bijna alle afdelingen en met alle processen binnen Brand New Day. We zijn een centraal punt binnen de organisatie en jij bent straks dé vraagbaak voor collega’s uit alle hoeken en gaten van Brand New Day.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Nieuwe klanten identificeren (KYC)
  • Kapitaaloverdrachten van en naar Brand New Day van A tot Z begeleiden
  • Financiële transacties verwerken
  • Contact onderhouden met banken en verzekeraars
  • Vragen van klanten beantwoorden. (Samen met klantenservice, intermediair en informatieservice.)
  • Mutaties voor klanten en hun adviseurs doorvoeren

De afdeling klantadministratie bestaat uit ongeveer 30-35 collega’s die verdeeld zijn onder verschillende teams. Het is een fijne mix van parttime studenten en young professionals. Hierdoor is het een gezellig en hecht team! Lees hier het verhaal van Isabel en Mustafa.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent secuur in je werk, leergierig en denkt graag in oplossingen. Met een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid ga jij geen vraagstuk uit de weg. Sterker nog, je pakt de uitdaging met beide handen aan en bent bereid om je teamgenoten en andere afdelingen verder te helpen als ze ergens tegenaan lopen.

Verder:

  • je bent een enthousiaste collega die uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat
  • je hebt HBO/WO werk-en denkniveau
  • ben je vloeiend in het Nederlands en beheers je de Engelse taal ook;
  • heb je een klant-en oplossingsgerichte houding
  • je bent minimaal 16 uur per week doordeweeks beschikbaar
