Word de architect van ons planningsproces en zet de toon voor innovatie bij de Duits-Nederlands Windtunnels (DNW), waar lucht- en ruimtevaarttechnologieën tot leven komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van het integrale resourceplanningsproces. Dit omvat het opstellen en bewaken van planningsrichtlijnen en procedures, evenals het signaleren van structurele capaciteitsproblemen en planningsknelpunten.

• Consolideren van planningsinformatie uit verschillende afdelingen tot één integraal planningsbeeld.

• Bewaken van de samenhang tussen commerciële projecten, operationele activiteiten, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en verbeterprojecten.

• Signaleren van capaciteitsconflicten, resourcebeperkingen en planningsrisico’s.

• Inzichtelijk maken van afhankelijkheden van interne en externe resources.

• Ondersteunen van projectmanagers, teamleiders en management bij planningsvraagstukken.

Wat breng je mee?

• HBO-niveau met een afgeronde opleiding in een technische richting

• Relevante werkervaring in een complexe organisatie waarbij stakeholdermanagement een belangrijk onderdeel was om je functie goed uit te voeren

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Engels en bij voorkeur Duits

Jouw nieuwe werkomgeving

De Duits-Nederlands Windtunnels (DNW) exploiteert zes wind tunnels op vier verschillende locaties van het Nederlands Lucht- en Ruimtevaartcentrum (NLR) en van de Duitse zusterorganisatie DLR. In deze zeer geavanceerde installaties wordt hooggekwalificeerd onderzoek verricht voor internationale opdrachtgevers, voornamelijk uit de luchtvaart, ruimtevaart en automotive sector. Wij werken aan projecten waarbij de aerodynamische, aero-akoestische en aero-elastische eigenschappen van vliegtuigen, helikopters, treinen en (vracht-) auto’s worden gesimuleerd en gemeten.
