Wat ga je doen?

Als Applicatiebeheerder met als belangrijkste applicatie Oracle Fusion bij QTerminals Kramer Rotterdam ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren, gebruiken en continu verbeteren van applicaties binnen de organisatie. Je bent er verantwoordelijk voor om te zorgen dat gebruikers efficiënt en effectief met de systemen kunnen werken door het beheren van functionaliteiten, het oplossen van incidenten, het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar oplossingen en het bewaken van de aansluiting tussen processen en applicaties. Je vormt de schakel tussen de gebruikersorganisatie en externe leveranciers en draagt daarmee bij aan stabiele, betrouwbare en goed ingerichte informatiesystemen.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van de functionaliteiten van de applicaties, met de nadruk op Oracle Fusion;
  • Inrichten, testen en beheren van wijzigingen en releases;
  • Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele oplossingen;
  • Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en gebruikersvragen;
  • Signaleren van structurele problemen en initiëren van verbeteringen;
  • Fungeren als tweedelijns aanspreekpunt voor applicatie-gerelateerde vragen;
  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van functionele tests bij updates, patches en nieuwe releases;
  • Opstellen van testscenario’s en acceptatiecriteria;
  • Opzetten en beheren van autorisaties en gebruikersrollen;
  • Ondersteunen bij digitaliserings- en verbeterprojecten.

Je bent accuraat, pragmatisch ingesteld en vindt het leuk om veel contact te hebben met gebruikers en leveranciers. Je durft je actief in de organisatie te bewegen zodat je de ervaringen van gebruikers kan horen en met hen hierover in gesprek kan gaan. Van daaruit vindt je het leuk om deze kennis te gebruiken in je rol als Applicatiebeheerder.
