In deze rol ben je vraagbaak voor collega’s, coördineer je het recruitmentproces en werk je mee aan het realiseren van onze HR-strategie.

Jouw DNA:

  • Je laat kandidaten het stralende middelpunt zijn van een onvergetelijke candidate experience
  • Je weet via welke kanalen en met welke toon je potentiële collega’s kunt benaderen en boeien
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met verschillende recruitmentpartners over vacatures en kandidaten
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor talenten van mensen en weet een goede afweging te maken of kandidaat en functie bij elkaar passen
  • Je verzorgt administratie, documentatie en mutaties rond overeenkomsten, onboarding, ziekte en salarissen
  • Je werkt mee aan HR-projecten en verbeterinitiatieven, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van employee experience of procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt een sterk kwaliteitsbewustzijn. De kernwaarden vakkundig, open en grensverleggend zijn je op het lijf geschreven.

Wat ga je precies doen?

Je gaat werken in een brede rol waarin recruitment en HR samenkomen. Het recruitmentproces is in jouw beheer. Je benadert kandidaten, bouwt verder aan talentpools en helpt uiteindelijk bij de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij HR-werkzaamheden. Je werkt nauw samen met de HR-manager en samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat kandidaten en collega’s optimaal tot hun recht komen.
