The posting

Als Senior Salarisadministrateur maak jij onze klanten en hun medewerkers blij, want jij zorgt er hoogstpersoonlijk voor dat hun salarisadministratie secuur en tijdig wordt uitgevoerd. Naast administrateur ben je ook adviseur, o.a. op het gebied van de WKR en toegestane fiscale regelingen rondom loonheffingen. Daarnaast bewaak je een juiste uitvoering van cao’s en pensioenregelingen bij klanten. Waar zouden onze klanten zijn zonder jou?

Jouw DNA:

  • Jij bent goed in je vak, of hebt de ambitie om hier heel goed in te worden. Je kent de cao’s en pensioenregelingen beter dan je eigen dagboek en adviseert hier met plezier over.
  • Jij bent gedreven om up-to-date te blijven en je kennis en kunde te etaleren.
  • Jij bent een goede communicator zodat je informatie helder overbrengt en fijne samenwerkingsrelaties onderhoudt.
  • Jij hebt overzicht en weet wat er speelt bij je klanten.
  • Jij houdt het gezamenlijk belang van ons bedrijf en in het bijzonder het payroll team daarbinnen in het oog.
  • Jij hebt relevante werkervaring en een diploma PDL (of leert hiervoor). Het bezit van VPS is een pré.
  • Jij zorgt er graag voor dat alle medewerkers van onze klanten op tijd hun juiste verdiensten ontvangen.
