Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot die nauwkeurig werkt en communicatief sterk is? Krijg jij energie van een veelzijdige spin-in-het-webfunctie waarin commercie, organisatie en financiën samenkomen? Dan zoeken wij jou bij Snijder!

Wat ga je doen?

In deze brede rol ben je de administratieve spil van ons kantoor. Jouw takenpakket is heel divers en opgedeeld in vier hoofdgebieden:

  • Commercie: Je handelt offertes en orderbevestigingen af en archiveert deze nauwkeurig. Je zorgt dat getekende documenten op tijd binnen zijn en verwerkt project- en klantgegevens in Metacom. Ook verstuur je equipmentopgaven en registreer je de afwezigheid van commercianten.
  • Organisatie: Je beheert mailboxen, verzorgt de inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie en organiseert je eigen werk. Je registreert equipment in Metacom. Bij afwezigheid van je collega spring je bij op onze receptie als telefonist(e) en indien nodig notuleer je het commercieel overleg.
  • Financiën: Je ondersteunt de financiële afdeling, beheert relaties en werkt orders uit binnen ons softwarepakket Metacom.
  • Communicatie: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen. Daarnaast zorg je elk jaar dat het relatiebestand up-to-date is voor de kerstattenties en regel je de uitgifte hiervan.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een stressbestendige teamplayer met een sterke persoonlijkheid. Je signaleert proactief verbeterpunten en werkt uiterst secuur. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Denkniveau: Minimaal MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Opleiding: Een diploma Moderne Bedrijfsadministratie (MBA) of een vergelijkbare juridische, financiële of bedrijfseconomische richting.
  • Software: Ruime ervaring met MS Office. Ervaring met Metacom is een grote pre.
  • Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
  • Eigenschappen: Assertief, nauwkeurig, flexibel, accuraat en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsbesef.

Snijder is een echt familiebedrijf uit Hoorn, opgericht in 1957. Wij verhuren grondverzetmaterieel over de hele wereld én zorgen voor alle technische en logistieke ondersteuning. Ook passen we dit materieel aan op maat, zodat het perfect aansluit op de wensen van onze klanten. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn actief in de grond-, weg-, mijn- en waterbouw.
