Ben jij een administratief talent, die zelfstandig maar ook nauwkeurig kan werken? Voor onze financiële afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega!

Wat ga je doen?

Als administratief medewerk(st)er maak je onderdeel uit van de financiële afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van debiteurengegevens en zorgt voor een tijdige project facturatie en het tijdig boeken van gegevens. Hiervoor heb je de nodige contacten met uitvoerders, onze machinisten en monteurs. Voor ons equipment sluit je verzekeringen af, houd je verzekeringsoverzichten bij en onderhoud je contact met onze verzekeraar. Daarnaast verricht je administratieve werkzaamheden voor ons eigen wagenpark. Bij afwezigheid van onze telefoniste/receptioniste neem je deze werkzaamheden over. Kortom een veelzijdige en afwisselende job!

Wie zoeken wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die enige ervaring heeft in een administratieve/ financiële functie. Tevens is het belangrijk dat je leergierig bent en van aanpakken weet. Daarnaast beschik je over;

· Minimaal MBO 4 niveau (bij voorkeur in een administratieve/ financiële richting)

· Goede kennis van MS-office

· Goede communicatieve vaardigheden

· Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken

· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

· Kennis van de Engelse taal

Snijder is een echt familiebedrijf uit Hoorn, opgericht in 1957. Wij verhuren grondverzetmaterieel over de hele wereld én zorgen voor alle technische en logistieke ondersteuning. Ook passen we dit materieel aan op maat, zodat het perfect aansluit op de wensen van onze klanten. Onze opdrachtgevers zijn actief in de grond-, weg-, mijn- en waterbouw.
