The posting

Werksta växer och etablerar nu en ny modern anläggning i Falun. Vi söker därför en skaderådgivare som vill vara med på en spännande resa och bidra till att skapa en kundupplevelse som präglas av kvalitet, omtanke och service i toppklass. I rollen är du kundens kontakt genom skadeärendet och ansvarar för att skapa en tydlig och trygg process från skadeanmälan till färdig reparation. Du samarbetar nära bilplåtslagare, billackerare, försäkringsbolag och övriga kollegor för att säkerställa att arbetet planeras och genomförs på ett kvalitetssäkrat sätt.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ta emot kunder och hantera skadeärenden från första kontakt till färdig leverans
  • Inspektera fordon och dokumentera skador inför skadeberäkning och reparation
  • Upprätta och följa upp skadeunderlag, arbetsorder och kompletterande skadeinformation
  • Ha löpande kontakt med kunder, försäkringsbolag och andra samarbetspartners
  • Informera kunder om reparationsprocess, tidsplan och eventuella förändringar i ärendet
  • Planera och samordna arbetet med verkstadens tekniker för att skapa effektiva reparationsflöden
  • Följa upp pågående arbeten och bidra till att överenskomna leveranstider hålls
  • Säkerställa att kunduppgifter och ärendedokumentation hanteras korrekt
  • Bidra till hög kundnöjdhet och följa verkstadens kvalitets- och arbetsrutiner

Krav & önskade kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av kundservice eller rådgivning, gärna inom fordonsbranschen, försäkring eller skadeverkstad
  • God förståelse för kundprocesser och skadeärenden; erfarenhet av skadeberäkning är meriterande
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och ett professionellt bemötande
  • Förmåga att skapa struktur, prioritera och hantera flera ärenden samtidigt
  • Noggrann, lösningsorienterad och kvalitetsmedveten
  • God datorvana och förmåga att arbeta i administrativa system
  • B-körkort krävs
