Werksta Bromma söker en engagerad och noggrann billackerare som vill bidra till hög kvalitet, effektiva reparationsflöden och nöjda kunder. Som billackerare hos oss arbetar du med lackering och återställning av krockskadade fordon enligt tillverkarens anvisningar och verkstadens rutiner. Du samarbetar nära bilplåtslagare, skadeberäknare och övrig verkstadspersonal för att säkerställa ett smidigt, kvalitetssäkrat och effektivt reparationsflöde.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Utföra förarbete, slipning, spackling och grundmålning inför lackering
  • Färgmatcha och blanda färg enligt tillverkarens specifikationer och verkstadens rutiner
  • Lackera fordonsdelar och karosser med hög finish och jämn kvalitet
  • Utföra plastreparationer samt reparera och lackera olika typer av karossmaterial
  • Bedöma underlag och välja lämplig metod för förberedelse och lackering utifrån arbetsorder och skadeberäkning
  • Kontrollera färg, glans, struktur och passform samt säkerställa att det färdiga resultatet håller hög kvalitet
  • Samarbeta med bilplåtslagare, skadeberäknare och övriga kollegor för att planera arbetet och hålla leveranstider
  • Dokumentera utfört arbete och rapportera eventuella avvikelser eller tillkommande skador

Krav & önskade kvalifikationer

  • Yrkesutbildning eller dokumenterad erfarenhet som billackerare inom fordonsbranschen
  • Erfarenhet av billackering, färgblandning och lackeringsförarbete
  • God förståelse för moderna fordons konstruktion, material och lackeringsmetoder
  • Erfarenhet av vattenbaserade färgsystem och arbete enligt tillverkarens anvisningar är meriterande
  • Noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och lösningsorienterad
  • God förståelse för arbetsmiljö och säker hantering av färg, lösningsmedel och övriga kemikalier
  • B-körkort krävs
