The posting

Som billackare hos Werksta Gävle ansvarar du för förberedelse, lackering och efterbehandling av karosser och bildelar enligt tillverkarens specifikationer och verkstadens rutiner. Du samarbetar nära med plåtslagare, skadebesiktare och servicerådgivare för att säkerställa ett smidigt och kvalitetssäkrat reparationsflöde.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Förbereda ytor: avfettning, slipning, maskering och grundning
  • Applicera primer, täckfärg och klarlack med korrekt teknik och utrustning
  • Blanda färg enligt färgkoder samt använda blandningssystem och dokumentera recept
  • Utföra polering och efterbearbetning för att uppnå rätt finish
  • Samarbeta med kollegor för planering av arbetsordrar och leveranstider
  • Dokumentera utfört arbete i verkstadssystemet och följa upp pågående ärenden
  • Följa säkerhetsrutiner, hantera material miljömässigt korrekt och bidra till ordning i lackverkstaden

Krav & önskade kvalifikationer

  • Yrkesutbildning eller dokumenterad erfarenhet som billackare inom fordonsbranschen
  • Kunskap om moderna lackeringsmetoder, färgsystem och miljökrav
  • Erfarenhet av färgblandning och användning av sprutpistol
  • Noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och lösningsorienterad
  • Förmåga att samarbeta i team samt arbeta strukturerat och självständigt
  • B-körkort är krav
  • Svenska i tal och skrift krävs
