Du kommer att arbeta med:

Som bilplåtslagare hos Werksta Kiruna blir du en del av ett engagerat team där kvalitet, noggrannhet och ett effektivt arbetsflöde står i fokus. Du utför karossreparationer på personbilar enligt tillverkarens och försäkringsbolagens riktlinjer. Tillsammans med skadeberäknare, lackerare och övrig verkstadspersonal säkerställer du korrekta reparationer, hög kvalitet och god kundnöjdhet.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Reparera och byta karossdelar samt utföra riktning av plåt och ram.
  • Montera och demontera fordonsdelar i samband med reparationer.
  • Använda moderna mät- och reparationsverktyg samt dokumentera utfört arbete.
  • Utföra svetsning, limning och nitning enligt gällande krav och säkerhetsföreskrifter.
  • Samarbeta med skadeberäknare, lackerare och övriga kollegor för ett effektivt arbetsflöde.
  • Säkerställa att reparationerna håller verkstadens höga standard för kvalitet och säkerhet.
  • Bidra till en ordningsam, säker och trivsam arbetsmiljö i verkstaden.

Din profil

Vi söker dig med fordonsutbildning eller flera års erfarenhet av karosseri- och plåtslageriarbete. Du är noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och tekniskt intresserad. Erfarenhet från skadebranschen är meriterande, liksom kunskap om moderna reparationsmetoder.

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet från skadebranschen eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet.
  • B-körkort krävs.
  • Strukturerad, ansvarstagande och en god lagspelare.
  • Lösningsorienterad, flexibel och nyfiken på ny teknik och nya arbetsmetoder.
  • Förmåga att arbeta noggrant och självständigt med fokus på kvalitet och säkerhet.
  • Meriterande med erfarenhet av avancerad mätteknik eller arbete med specifika bilmärken.
