Wir sind eine dynamisch wachsende Firmengruppe im Immobilienbereich, deren Unternehmen u.a. mit der Projektentwicklung, Bau- und Bauträgergeschäften für hochwertige Büro- und Wohnimmobilien am Markt sehr erfolgreich tätig sind.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren repräsentativen Firmensitz am Kurfürstendamm einen engagierten Projektenwickler im Assetmanagement (m/w/d) mit technischem Hintergrund, der/die eng mit unserem Bereichsleiter Immobilienmanagement zusammenarbeiten wird.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kaufmännische Projektentwicklung im Immobilienmanagement
  • Steuerung von Revitalisierungs- und Refurbishmentmaßnahmen mit dem Schwerpunkt Projektsteuerung
  • Identifizierung und Realisierung von Wertschöpfungspotenzialen (Flächen-, Miet- und Ausbaupotentiale)
  • Steuerung von Instandsetzungs-, Modernisierungs- und anderen Baumaßnahmen, inklusive Erwirken von Genehmigungen und Vorbescheiden
  • Erstellung, Überwachung und Verantwortung der objektbezogenen Jahres- und Instandhaltungsbudgets
  • Ableitung von konkreten Handlungsempfehlungen zur aktiven Steuerung der übertragenen Immobilienbestände
  • Steuerung von internen und externen Dienstleistern (Hausverwaltung, Makler, Architekten, Anwälte)
  • Proaktive Unterstützung bei An- und Verkaufsprozessen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen oder technisches Studium oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Immobilienbezug
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Asset Management oder in der Projektentwicklung
  • Umfassendes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, tiefgreifende kaufmännische Kompetenz
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Strategisches Denken und Analysefähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
