Wir sind eine dynamisch wachsende Firmengruppe im Immobilienbereich, deren Unternehmen u.a. mit der Projektentwicklung sowie Bau- und Bauträgergeschäften für hochwertige Büro- und Wohnimmobilien am Markt sehr erfolgreich tätig sind. Ihre Aufgaben: Einkauf & Nachunternehmermanagement Ausschreibung, Einholung, Auswertung und Nachverhandlung von Angeboten Vergabe von Instandhaltungsleistungen, Wartungs- und Rahmenverträgen Steuerung der Material- und Betriebsmittelbeschaffung Rechnungs- & Liquiditätsmanagement Rechnerische und fachliche Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen Weiterberechnung von Handwerkerleistungen an unsere internen Objektgesellschaften Erstellung von Einzel- und Dauerrechnungen für Eigenleistungen Führung der Übersichten zu Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Fristen- und Dienstleistermanagement Technisches Objekt- & Mängelmanagement Koordination interner Hausmeister und externer Fachfirmen zur Mängelbeseitigung Termin- und Fristenverfolgung aller Wartungs-, Prüf- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen Systemadministration & Prozessoptimierung Administration des FM-Programms „Hausmanager“ Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Ticketsystems Strukturierung des digitalen Dokumentenmanagements Mitwirkung an der Optimierung interner Betriebsabläufe Sie verfügen über: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Facility Manager/-in, oder ein vergleichbares Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility-, Gebäude- oder Property Management Erfahrung in Einkauf, Vergabe und Rechnungsprüfung sowie in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Unternehmen online und MS Office; Kenntnisse in FM-Software (idealerweise „Hausmanager“) von Vorteil Technisches Grundverständnis für Wartungs-, Prüf- und Instandhaltungsprozesse Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke Freude an der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Abläufen
