Ihre Aufgaben

  • Versicherungsfälle bearbeiten: Aufnahme, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Schadensfällen (z. B. Wasser-, Sturm- oder Brandschäden) sowie Abstimmung mit Versicherungen, Gutachtern und Handwerksfirmen.
  • Mietmängel und Beschwerden bearbeiten: Entgegennahme und Prüfung von Mängelmeldungen sowie Organisation und Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung.
  • Objektbegehungen: Regelmäßige Begehung der betreuten Objekte zur Kontrolle des baulichen Zustands und Identifikation von Instandhaltungsbedarf.
  • Vermietung: Durchführung von Wohnungsbesichtigungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vermietung freier Einheiten.
  • Renovierungsplanung und -überwachung: Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle von Renovierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
  • Abnahmen und Übergaben: Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben inklusive Protokollierung und Dokumentation.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kenntnisse in einem Hausverwaltungsprogramm (z. B. DOMUS ERP) wünschenswert
