Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Steuerung des Teams der Vermietungssteuerung (Fünf Mitarbeiter)
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der Prozesse rund um Leerstand und Neuvermietung (Unterstützung bei Mieterhöhungen)
  • Überblick über Leerstände, Vermietungsstände und Sanierungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zum Leerstandsabbau
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vermietung, Mitarbeitern vor Ort und internen Bereichen
  • Sicherstellung des Ablaufs von Kündigung, Abnahme, Sanierung, Vermarktung, Besichtigung und Übergabe
  • Steuerung von Renovierungs- und Sanierungsangeboten
  • Korrespondenz mit Mietern, Dienstleistern und Hausverwaltungen
  • Entwicklung von Kennzahlen und monatliches Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, idealerweise Vermietung oder Property Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Wohnungsvermietung
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Mitarbeitern, Dienstleistern oder Prozessen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Excel
  • Englisch B1
