Ben jij een accountmanager die graag langdurige klantrelaties opbouwt en laat groeien? Dan is dit jouw kans. Onze klant is een stabiele en erkende internationale speler in transport en logistiek. Voor de verdere groei zoeken we een ervaren Accountmanager, ook bekend als Key Account Manager of Customer Success Manager.

In deze rol beheer en ontwikkel je een bestaande klantenportefeuille. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten, bouwt vertrouwen op en haalt extra omzet uit bestaande relaties, met een directe impact op klantbehoud en groei. Je werkt zelfstandig in een groeiende organisatie met ambitieuze plannen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je beheert een bestaande klantenportefeuille en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten.
  • Je bouwt langdurige, vertrouwensvolle relaties op met besluitvormers.
  • Je spoort upsell- en cross-sellkansen op en haalt extra omzet uit bestaande accounts.
  • Je volgt de tevredenheid van klanten op, anticipeert op hun noden en zorgt voor klantbehoud.
  • Je analyseert de logistieke behoeften van klanten en presenteert gepaste oplossingen.
  • Je stelt offertes op, onderhandelt over contractverlengingen en sluit deals af.
  • Je zorgt voor een soepele overdracht tussen verkoop en uitvoering.
  • Je volgt markttrends op en neemt deel aan netwerkevenementen.
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek, supply chain, internationale handel of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-accountmanagement of -verkoop. Ervaring in transport en logistiek is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel en resultaatgericht, en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert en onderhandelt sterk en bouwt makkelijk relaties op met besluitvormers.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs.
