Ben jij een echte hunter die graag nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt en deals sluit? Dan is dit jouw kans. Onze klant een groeiend bedrijf dat organisaties helpt bij het beheer van hun informatie gedurende de volledige levenscyclus: van veilige archiefopslag en documentbeheer tot het digitaliseren van documenten en gecertificeerde vernietiging. Ze werken voor bedrijven, overheidsinstanties, zorginstellingen, financiële instellingen en andere gereguleerde sectoren. Om hun voortdurende groei te ondersteunen zoeken ze een ervaren Business Development Manager.

In deze rol identificeer je nieuwe zakelijke kansen en haal je nieuwe opdrachten binnen. Je bouwt een solide verkooppijplijn op, adviseert prospects over hun operationele en compliance-eisen en sluit deals af. Zo heb je een directe impact op de groei en de marktaanwezigheid van het bedrijf.

Je werkt zelfstandig in een groeiende organisatie met ambitieuze plannen, waar jij rechtstreeks invloed hebt op de toekomst.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je identificeert en benadert nieuwe klanten via netwerken, aanbevelingen, koude acquisitie en marktonderzoek.
  • Je bouwt een solide verkooppijplijn op en voert afspraken met besluitvormers.
  • Je analyseert de operationele en compliance-eisen van klanten en presenteert ons dienstenaanbod.
  • Je stelt offertes op, onderhandelt over contracten en sluit deals af.
  • Je bouwt langdurige klantrelaties op en spoort upsell- en cross-sellkansen op.
  • Je volgt markttrends op en neemt deel aan netwerkevenementen en vakbeurzen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het reageren op aanbestedingen.
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Je bent een bewezen verkoper. Ervaring in onze sector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-verkoop en een sterke ‘hunter’-mentaliteit.
  • Je bent commercieel gedreven, resultaatgericht en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je communiceert en onderhandelt sterk en bouwt makkelijk relaties op met besluitvormers.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs.
  • Ervaring met documentbeheer, SaaS of zakelijke diensten, of met openbare aanbestedingen is een pluspunt.
