Ben jij iemand die graag de leiding neemt en energie haalt uit een goed draaiende werkvloer? Dan zoekt onze klant in Turnhout jou als logistiek verantwoordelijke, ook wel teamleader logistiek of shiftleader magazijn genoemd. Je werkt voltijds in ploegen binnen een farmaceutische omgeving, met een vast contract en een mooi pakket extra voordelen.

Tijdens jouw shift ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je houdt de operatie draaiende, stuurt je team aan en grijpt in waar nodig. Zo zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit samengaan. Jouw overzicht en daadkracht maken het verschil in de dagelijkse logistieke processen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je bepaalt de prioriteiten van de dag en volgt de belangrijkste processen op de werkvloer op.
  • Je stuurt bij wanneer er iets verandert, zodat de doelstellingen van je shift gehaald worden.
  • Je geeft een duidelijke overdracht aan de volgende shift, met resultaten, acties en aandachtspunten.
  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan logistieke medewerkers, uitzendkrachten en externe partners.
  • Je controleert of alles veilig, correct en volgens de procedures verloopt.
  • Je let op de GDP/KVM-richtlijnen en de hoge kwaliteitsnormen in de farmasector.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen meteen en neemt de nodige acties om ze op te lossen.
  • Je bekijkt prestaties en KPI’s en zoekt naar manieren om de operatie te verbeteren.
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en bouwt aan een sterke teamspirit.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie in een logistieke omgeving.
  • Je kent magazijn-, distributie- of sorteerprocessen.
  • Je werkt graag volgens kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en compliance voorschriften. Ervaring in een pharma-omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring met personeelsplanning, capaciteitsbeheer en urenregistratie.
  • Je bent organisatorisch en communicatief sterk.
  • Je hebt een resultaatgerichte en daadkrachtige leiderschapsstijl.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen, ook als het druk is.
  • Je bent bereid om in een roulerend ploegensysteem te werken (weekend en nachtwerk kunnen deel uitmaken van de shifts).
