Maintain and update quality control schedules, homeowner orientation schedules, and unit completion forecasts to provide accurate and timely information on readiness dates, project delays, outstanding deficiencies, and key milestones. Coordinate project priorities and support resource planning to ensure inspections, trade work, and deficiency completion activities align with overall project requirements. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Construction teams, trade partners, installers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support timely issue resolution and project alignment. Communicate quality concerns, project priorities, schedule updates, risks, and deficiency-related requirements through regular coordination and project meetings. Conduct inspections, testing, deficiency reviews, and quality assessments to verify compliance with project requirements and company standards. Maintain accurate project records, deficiency logs, reports, schedules, and documentation, and prepare project status updates to support Customer Care, Construction, and leadership decision-making. Perform minor repairs, cleaning, touch-ups, and finishing work where appropriate to support project completion activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
