¿Por qué existe este rol?

WeSpeak está creciendo rápido y necesita a alguien que lleve un producto de punta a punta — desde el discovery y el diseño hasta la ejecución y el lanzamiento — escribiendo código, construyendo con IA y coordinando al equipo de desarrollo para asegurar que se cumpla la visión.

No buscamos a alguien que quiera "hablar con los devs y escribir tickets". Buscamos a alguien que se arremangue, se meta a construir y se haga dueño del producto. Con pasión real por el producto, mentalidad de builder y la ambición de ganarse un lugar central en la compañía con trabajo y resultados.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

1. Liderar el desarrollo de productos desde el discovery hasta el lanzamiento

  • Entender el problema antes de diseñar la solución.
  • Ser el responsable de que lo que se construye tiene sentido, está bien priorizado y cumple su objetivo.
  • No esperar que te definan cada paso: identificar qué hay que hacer y avanzar.

2. Diseñar y prototipar soluciones — incluyendo construir con IA

  • Traducir problemas de negocio en soluciones técnicas concretas.
  • Construir prototipos funcionales, no solo wireframes en Figma.
  • Usar IA para construir producto real: agentes, automatizaciones, integraciones, apps con LLMs.

3. Programar y construir — no solo especificar

  • Meter mano en el código cuando hace falta.
  • Poder crear sin depender de un dev para cada cosa.
  • Equilibrar calidad y velocidad: saber cuándo algo tiene que estar "bien" y cuándo tiene que estar "ya".

4. Planificar el proyecto y hacer seguimiento del avance

  • Manejar herramientas como Linear, Jira, Notion o similares.
  • Mantener al equipo alineado y con visibilidad del estado de cada iniciativa.
  • Priorizar con información incompleta — mentalidad de startup.

5. Coordinar con el equipo de desarrollo y asegurar la visión

  • Ser el puente entre la visión del producto y la ejecución técnica.
  • Asegurar que el resultado final sea fiel a lo que se quería construir.
  • Comunicarse con claridad tanto con perfiles técnicos como no técnicos.

¿Qué necesitamos de vos?

Lo que es imprescindible

  • 3+ años construyendo producto end-to-end — de la idea al lanzamiento, con ownership real.
  • Conocimiento técnico real: entendés diseño de software y podés crear sin depender de devs.
  • Capacidad comprobada de construir con IA — no usar IA para consultar o pensar, sino para construir producto funcional.
  • Visión de diseño de producto y criterio de UX — no tenemos diseñadores, así que también vas a velar por la experiencia.
  • Manejo de herramientas de planificación y seguimiento (Linear, Jira, Notion o similares).
  • Fuerte habilidad para comunicarte con efectividad — con técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Manejo de Inglés

El perfil que buscamos

  • Builder de alma: disfrutás construir y prototipar, no solo planificar.
  • Ownership end-to-end: te hacés responsable desde la idea hasta que está funcionando.
  • Autónomo y proactivo: no necesitás que te definan cada paso.
  • Cómodo con la ambigüedad y el cambio: sabés priorizar con información incompleta.
  • Pragmático: equilibrás calidad y velocidad según el contexto.
  • Curioso y de aprendizaje rápido, especialmente con nuevas herramientas de IA.

Formación

  • Carrera de Ingeniería o de diseño de producto — o experiencia equivalente demostrable. En tech, lo que construiste vale más que el título.

Plus que suman un montón

  • Haber liderado equipos.
  • Experiencia en travel / hospitality.
  • Conocimiento real de UX/UI — buscamos a alguien que también sepa diseñar y velar por la experiencia.

¿Qué NO es este rol?

  • No es para alguien que no sepa programar (al menos a nivel básico).
  • No es para alguien cuya experiencia con IA se limite a consultar o "pensar con IA" — buscamos a alguien que haya construido productos o herramientas reales.
  • No es para alguien que necesita que le definan cada tarea.
  • No es para alguien con baja tolerancia al cambio o al dinamismo.
  • No es para alguien sin criterio de producto ni visión de UX.
  • No es para alguien sin inglés base.
