El desafío

Vas a liderar el área de marketing de punta a punta: estrategia, equipo, presupuesto y resultados. Tu misión será potenciar y escalar lo que ya construimos, consolidando un marketing data-driven y apoyado en IA que se convierta en un motor de crecimiento predecible.

Qué vas a hacer

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing B2B alineada a los objetivos comerciales y de expansión regional.
  • Liderar, formar y hacer crecer al equipo de marketing.
  • Gestionar campañas de performance en Meta y redes sociales, con foco en generación de leads calificados y métricas de negocio (CAC, pipeline, conversión, ROI).
  • Impulsar procesos de transformación del área: nuevos canales, automatización, herramientas y formas de trabajo.
  • Incorporar inteligencia artificial en los procesos de marketing, desde contenido y segmentación hasta análisis y automatización.
  • Trabajar codo a codo con Ventas, Producto y la dirección de la compañía.

Qué buscamos

  • Al menos 5 años liderando equipos de marketing en empresas B2B, idealmente SaaS o tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia comprobable liderando procesos de transformación en compañías.
  • Dominio de Meta Ads y redes sociales, con casos de éxito y métricas concretas para compartir.
  • Inglés avanzado y fluido.
  • Título universitario; valoramos especialmente formación en ingeniería o ciencias exactas.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de IA y experiencia práctica con herramientas como Claude Code y Codex, con proyectos propios que puedas mostrarnos.
  • Residir en Buenos Aires o alrededores.

Suma mucho si tenés

  • Portugués.
  • Experiencia en mercados de Latinoamérica o en el sector hotelero/turismo.
