  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.

  • Você também resolverá e acompanhará as transações pendentes, escalando quando necessário, e garantirá que todas sejam realizadas de acordo com nossas regras e regulamentos de conformidade.
  • Controle de caixa; cumprindo o procedimento indicado para o manuseio de caixa e segurança da filial.
  • Trabalho em equipe, a fim de atender aos objetivos comerciais.

Requisitos da Função

  • Ensino Médio Concluído (Faculdade Cursando é um diferencial)
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em atendimento ao cliente, manuseio de dinheiro e controle de caixa
  • Flexibilidade para trabalhar em turnos rotativos (horário comercial)
  • Bom histórico de crédito
  • Habilidade na resolução de problemas
  • Orientação ao cliente, serviço orientado, metódico e responsável.
  • Energético e criativo com organização impecável, habilidade de comunicação verbal e máxima atenção aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar individualmente ou colaborar com outras pessoas em um ambiente global acelerado, lidar com a ambiguidade, tomar decisões rápidas e gerenciar prazos apertados.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no Metropolitan Business Center (Segunda-feira a sábado)
  • Interesse em obter a certificação ABRACAM (com o apoio da empresa).
