Responsabilidades del rol

En este rol podrás conectar a los individuos para que el progreso y la prosperidad puedan llegar a más personas, familias y comunidades.

  • Brindar los diversos productos de la compañía.
  • Control de caja, cumpliendo con el procedimiento indicado para el manejo de efectivo y seguridad de la sucursal.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los parámetros establecidos en los manuales y políticas de fraude de la Empresa.
  • Trabajo en equipo a fin de cumplir los objetivos comerciales.

Requisitos del rol

  • Educación secundaria completa.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente, manejo de efectivo y control de caja.
  • Poseer un buen historial de crédito (APC).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 6 días por semana en turnos rotativos entre las 8:00 a.m. y las 8:00 p.m., con 1 día libre rotativo.
  • Flexibilidad para rotar entre sucursales ubicadas en Ciudad de Panamá.
  • Sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas, orientación al cliente, comunicación efectiva y atención al detalle, con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma o colaborativa en entornos dinámicos.

MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO

100 % Presencial - Western Union valora la colaboración presencial, la resolución de problemas y la generación de ideas siempre que sea posible. Dada la naturaleza de este puesto, se espera trabajar desde la oficina a tiempo completo.
