Responsabilidades del rol

En este rol podrás conectar a los individuos para que el progreso y la prosperidad puedan llegar a más personas, familias y comunidades. Para lograrlo, las responsabilidades son:

  • Excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Brindar los diversos productos de la compañía.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los parámetros establecidos en los manuales y políticas de fraude de la Empresa.
  • Control de caja; cumpliendo con el procedimiento indicado para el manejo de efectivo y seguridad de la sucursal.
  • Trabajo en equipo en pos de los objetivos comerciales.

Requisitos del rol

  • Educación secundaria completa (estar cursando estudios universitarios es un plus).
  • Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente, manejo de efectivo y control de caja.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Sábados (48 horas semanales/franco rotativo).
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (dentro del horario comercial).
  • Buen historial crediticio.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o en colaboración con otras personas en un entorno global y dinámico, manejar la ambigüedad, tomar decisiones rápidas y gestionar plazos ajustados.
