Neste papel, você conecta indivíduos para que o progresso e a prosperidade alcancem mais pessoas, famílias e comunidades. É responsável por garantir a excelência operacional, o atingimento dos resultados comerciais e a gestão de pessoas, assegurando que a experiência do cliente seja consistente com os padrões da empresa.

  • Liderar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe, garantindo bom clima e alta performance.
  • Acompanhar metas diárias/semanais/mensais e analisar indicadores (vendas, conversão, ticket médio).
  • Realizar atendimento consultivo, ofertar produtos e identificar oportunidades comerciais.
  • Garantir excelência no atendimento e resolver problemas dos clientes.
  • Supervisionar as operações da loja: caixa, tesouraria, organização, visual merchandising e inventários.
  • Prevenir perdas e assegurar conformidade com políticas internas, LGPD, finanças e segurança.
  • Planejar e executar ações comerciais locais (parcerias, eventos, campanhas táticas).
  • Atuar em uma ou mais lojas dentro de um raio aproximado de 15 km, conforme necessidade do negócio.
  • Representar a marca junto aos clientes, parceiros e administração do shopping.

Requisitos de Função

  • Fluência em mais de um idioma é um diferencial.
  • Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em com atendimento ao cliente em uma operação de transferência de dinheiro.
  • Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em gestão de pessoas.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação.
  • Habilidade de resolução de problemas.
  • Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento.
  • Proficiência em MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no Balneário Shopping (Segunda-feira a Sábado).
